Crossover Downtown Outreach Ministries is a non profit group located in downtown Flint, MI. They take in donations (clothing and household items) to give to needy families in the Flint area. This project is a new building for Crossover, next door to its existing lot. It features offices and multi-use space in the front, shopping rooms for families in the middle and warehouse space in the back equipped with efficient space to bring in donations, wash items and organize them. This building is being designed as Net Zero Ready and will focus on sustainable building materials that are highly energy efficient.
